Chic Condo in Keystone
Beautiful place, nice view nestled right at the base of ski slopes. Keystone is a beautiful place and this condo was perfect for us. We were able to cook, unwind, and sleep comfortably. The huge walk-in shower was great after a tiring day of hiking. The host was very accessible and answered all our questions quickly and with the needed info. If there was any complaint, it’s the beautiful wood floors were cleaned with something that made them feel a little sticky to a clean bare foot. Great place overall and I’d love to return to Keystone and would happily stay there again!

We loved our stay here. The view was beautiful! The jetted tub and the steam shower were nice ammentaties! The only thing we would suggest is that the ad needs to be updated. There were things listed that the place didnt have such as a dishwasher and patio, but other than that it was a wonderful stay!! Thank You!

When we arrived at our property there were people already there that we walked in on. VRBO was extremely difficult to get a hold of and our trip was ruined. The property manager said it was an error on VRBO.

Cozy Condo - Great Location
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend and we absolutely loved it. The location is within walking distance to the gondola and lots of great restaurants which made it very easy not having to worry about driving and parking. The condo was very clean except for dust on shelves/surfaces above 5'. My husband is tall so he noticed this when he set out his clothes on a shelf and they came down dusty. Otherwise it was a great space with a fabulous view, and it had every amenity we needed for a weekend getaway.

Great location but theres some flaws to point out
Great location for skiing, hiking, or going to nearby shops. Wonderful views right outside the living room window. Jacuzzi and steam shower room was amazing! Issues: hair dryer caught fire within seconds of being on, comforter in bedroom was undersized, pillows were uncomfortable, heating didnt feel accurate with thermostat, battery powered devices were all dead with corrosion, there are mentions of a dishwasher we could not find, the bedroom window doesnt lock, and the middle living room automated blind does not work, the coffee pot isnt a good fit for the coffee machine and you have to hold the plunger to dispense coffee into the pot. Lots of little issues we found, but still this place was super convenient and kept us cozy on our ski trip

Inaccurate Property Description: No Dishwasher
The VRBO listing for property 1427947 says that it has a dishwasher, but it does not have a dishwasher. We checked in on December 23, 2022 and discovered there was no dishwasher. The property owner confirmed this on that date. We are a family of four with two small children. Our goal on this trip was to maximize our time skiing. However, we had to clean dishes after each meal as there were enough plates, utensils and glasses for only one meal. This was a big deal since we prepare and cook most, if not all, of our meals in the property. I understand that mistakes happen. But in this instance, the VRBO website for this property has been indicating that there is a dishwasher for months if not longer. In fact, there is a review posted by another traveler on August 9, 2022 stating that this unit does NOT have a dishwasher even though the website indicates that is does. Regardless, the owner has not taken the time to correct the listing. As of the date of this complaint, the website continues to indicate that this property has a dishwasher. At some point in time, this discrepancy looks more like an affirmative misrepresentation rather than an honest mistake. This property has a number of good qualities and we generally enjoyed our stay. But this was a big problem for our family.

Can’t beat the view and location
Literally 5 min walk to the gondola. The view is spectacular. Great little space for a couple. Only downside the host was not the most responsive one that I’ve seen but luckily we didn’t need anything urgent. Overall I would definitely want to come back for another stay and recommend to any solo or couple travelers!

Walking distance from river run gondola and ski shop rental - Norski. Comfortable and homey. Great view of mountains. The unit seemed a little smaller than it appeared in the listing. Would have been better if the TV was a smart TV. We had a great visit overall!

As a whole, the rental was good. There is no dishwasher. There were fans and a portable air conditioner. These worked okay to cool things down. The shutter style blinds were not ideal to work with the portable A/C but we improvised. The gated parking lot was nice. The view was great!

Can't Beat the Location
We rented this property to attend a wedding and the location was perfect for all the wedding events. Let's start with the positives: location - lots to see and do all within walking distance with easy parking, unit was clean, plenty of nice towels, fully stocked kitchen (but no dishwasher as listed - not an issue since we ate out but I kept looking for one) with full sized refrigerator, air conditioning unit in the bedroom, large bed with nice linens, awesome shower and you can't beat the views. What made our stay less than perfect: the air conditioning unit vents outside to the window and the shutters do not shut so anyone walking by can see into the bedroom - no privacy since the bedroom fronts the hallway; only window in the entire unit was broken so no ventilation and got very stuffy and warm (owner said the windows would be replaced in the fall but it was quite warm when we were there), hairdryer is broken and looks to be a fire hazard and the laundry is located outside of the unit in a locked room with no access - looks like it's card access and no instructions were provided how to access the laundry room and it wasn't worth the hassle. Overall, there was a lot to like about this unit with a few issues.

Great place for a ski trip!
Stayed there for 4 nights in April towards the end of the ski season. Great location and short walks to most lifts and Keystone ski village. highly recommend! Great, great views facing the slopes! A skiers delight. Only thing I would caution is the place is pretty small and the bathroom situation doesn't offer much privacy so not idea for sharing with friends. However, if its just you and your partner, great place!
