Excellent property. Check-in, check-out was efficient. The property manager, RedAwning, leaves a lot to be desired. They eventually cleared up all of the problems with cancellations of other properties, etc., but only after a scathing invited review. It takes RedAwning less than 24 hours to debit, required, fees but over 3 weeks to refund on a cancellation issued by them. It is a mystery to me how the property owner can continue to use this service with its poor customer service.
I rented the property in Expedia, gets paid something, managed by RedAwning, gets paid something, locally administered by another condo management company, also gets paid something. Hmmm.
After the initial failures, I attempted to rebook a property nearby on Expedia and specifically attempted to avoid RedAwning. The listings were misleading on Expedia, at least not clearly labeled as to the management company. I ended up with another RedAwning property.
In summary, excellent property and terrible management firm. On the Expedia side, the property listings were poorly labeled regarding who the management company is and I had no way to identify them, nor the ability to filter them out.
