Excellent stay

It’s very good clean and beautiful but restaurant costly

I wish I had more time there. It was truly wonderful. The staff was friendly and amazing especially Louisa in the Club Lounge. The food is excellent. I am still thinking about the food. I also felt very safe and secure.

The property is in excellent condition. Staff are very warm, kind and welcoming. Very clean and cleaning ladies are very nice. Very comfortable stay. Local restaurants and shopping is wonderful. Everything is easy reach. We will return again for sure.

I’m really surprised that this is a 4 stars hotel, it needs a lot of improvement, also the stuff needs a training. I waited 2 hours to do the check in, the first room was depressing I asked to change it, after a long negotiation they gave me another one, I went to their restaurant on the beach to have a drink and chill while they prepared the room, the service there was even worse, I waited 30 minutes for just a lemon juice and it was so bad. I asked for the bill and I had to wait also a long time, and the same amount of time to get the exchange. The room was spacious with 2 balconies, but it’s very noisy because the kids are screaming and shouting in the beach, and at night there was some weird guys in the street playing a loud music and dancing. The area overall doesn’t seem safe. The electric plug in the room doesn’t work, I figure it out in the morning when I saw that my mobile phone didn’t charged, I had to go to the reception to change it, I informed them, they didn’t take it seriously. The bathroom sink was blocked by the way. The carpet in the corridor was so old and smelly. I really was waiting for the next day to leave, the only reason which stopped me was my work, as I had a night shift and I worked online, and when I tried to rest a few hours after finishing work the bed wasn’t comfortable, so literally I didn’t sleep.
