At the front of the home is a large covered patio, perfect for watching the kids play in the pool and dining al fresco. Inside the house is a gracious and well thought out floor plan. The gourmet kitchen has all top of the line appliances, including a Viking gas cook top, double ovens, Nespresso coffee maker and even a Breville Smart toaster oven.

This classic low-country style with corbels, Bermuda shutters, and metal roof features a heated in-deck pool (heating fees apply), guesthouse, and stunning marsh views with frequent sightings of island wildlife. Rich mahoghoney doors lead you into the large foyer and immediately you'll feel the warmth of this classic Kiawah home. The french doors open to the sunny sitting room with more windows framing the views, and two sets of double doors lead to the expansive pool deck.

Upon entering the foyer, to the right you'll find the generously sized dining area with its strikingly dark-stained cabinetry. It's open to the kitchen, also with rich, dark, floor-to-ceiling cabinets. Here windows on two sides, including multiple window seats, invite natural light inside, while a breakfast bar invites you to enjoy a cup of coffee at the center island.

Cross the pool deck to enter the guesthouse with its full bath and frameless-glass walk-in shower. The expansive main room with its vaulted, white-beamed ceiling features a king bed and study with built-in desk and shelving, including a sink, along one wall. Return to the main house and take the staircase to the second floor and you'll find four en-suite bedrooms. Two feature vaulted ceilings of white bead-board in both bedrooms and bath; of these, one offers a clawfoot tub and the other a walk-in rain shower. The other two bedrooms feature a pair of twin beds and, one has a clawfoot tub and the other a walk-in shower.

Our local property management staff will be available to you in the case of an emergency during your stay. They are friendly and knowledgeable to the area in case you need assistance with amenities, planning and logistics prior to arrival Housekeeping during your stay is not included, but a mid-stay clean may be scheduled at time of booking upon availability. Guests do not have access to resort pools. Once you have booked with us you will receive an email with detailed instructions about property access, resources, and amenities. We cannot guarantee the functioning or availability of any amenities not described in this listing that may be found in this home such as sound systems, elevators, bicycles, etc. Pool heating $150 per night, 4 night minimum due prior to arrival with 24 hour advance notice.
