The a/c didn’t work in our work, so we had to move rooms. The area around the hotel was awful. Homeless/druggies. It seemed like there was a lot of long term stayers - which is fine , but a lady kept harassing us and wanted my dog.

We have to vacate our room at 1:00 in the morning as one of our party got bit on the back and the arm by bed bugs we lifted up the bed skirt and found a large infestation in the bed skirt we opted to sleep in the car for the rest of the night turn the key in at 1:00 and let the desk work know that it was badly infected with bed bugs

Stained bedsheets with something like ketchup on them. The pool is extensively used by a flock of pidgeons. Dirt on each closed surface.

We're on a roadtrip from Southern California and we were on our way to the Grand Canyon. The room was very cool in temp which is nice when its over 100 outside. Its pet friendly which was also a plus. The water pressure wasnt too hard which is a first for me in hotels. The drink machine was broken and the complimentary breakfast was pretty good.

We were traveling and got to the hotel around 10:30 p.m. All the pillows were thrown in a pile on one bed. The trash cans had trash in them, the toilet paper was trash in the bathroom, a dirty cup was on the sink. I called the desk and all she could offer us was to move rooms onto another floor. Our son was asleep on the bed and we already carried our luggage in. We told her we were tired and just wanted to go to bed. We then noticed there was no towels to use. I had to drive across the street and tell her in person. She brought us towels 10 minutes later. We were awoken by an employee cussing and yelling about another employee. It was a horrible stay! I was told that the GM would talk to me in the morning, and that never happened. I would not recommend this hotel.
