The hotel and location was very good for our visit. The entire establishment was clean, quiet and peaceful. The only downfall was that the pool was Closed due to maintenance issues. This was certainly an unwelcome surprise when we arrived. It would be nice if there was a way that the hotel after they receive reservation notification could email a notice that the pool was closed. Honestly , had I been told in advance, I would have changed my reservations to another hotel. Having a pool is a big issue for our family.

We called the day before booking and asked about the pool - we were told they have a year round heated pool and then were advised to book in line cause the girl didn’t no how to use the buttons - we did book on line and when I arrived - with my grandkids - ready to go into the pool we were told the pool was closed for cleaning - I took my grandkids home and came back and asked to speak to a manager - the girl said she was the manager and then informed me that the state closed the pool - I went to my room and noticed one of the elevators was not working - I then went back downstairs to ask if I should be aware of any other issues - she said none that she was aware of but she is only f The front desk girl and I was welcome to go somewhere else - but my room is now no. Refundable therefore I have no choice and then I asked her why she told me she was the manager and she claimed she didn’t tell me that and refused to give me her name - I’m not happy here and I Stuck

This is a brand new hotel. The entry is beautiful. The staff is great. The new beds and pillows are comfortable and luxurious. The shower is nice. The room was spacious and had all necessary conveniences. I highly recommend this property.

Pleasant stay in friendly hotel.
