Great Stay..Need Room Service Though
We have stayed here before and had a bad room view, so we were told the next time to get a Parking lot view, and we did. That was great. We arrived and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We were told that we were given a Handicap room with the requested King Bed. Not sure why they gave us a room with low switches, but the extra bars were helpful. The room was great, the view was nice, and the hot breakfast was very good. The only issue we had was the service. For a three night stay, we had ZERO Room Service. No garbage pick-up, had to use our damp hand towel, and almost ran out of Toilet Paper. We do not care about making the bed, but for the price, they could come in and replenish. Other than that, a nice stay and very comfortable and spacious modern rooms.

Bathtub
Upon checking in I found out that the room did not have a bathtub. There was no way to know if the room had a bathtub when the reservation was made. So when I arrived the front desk clerk had to find me a room with one - luckily there was a room available and I was not charged more for a room with a bathtub. But I wished that a bathtub was listed as one of the amenities I could chose when booking a room. Or that some description was given as to which rooms (in this case queen rooms but not king rooms have bathtubs.) The room was clean. The pool was warm.

It was a really good hotel with great staff. If I could recommend one thing, it would be to redesign the breakfast menu. I would have enjoyed fresher items and less sugar in the offerings.

It was short went by real quick. The guy at the desk remembered my name. Breakfast was very good. Laundry room was clean and $3 to wash and $3 to dry. Bed was comfortable.

I usually stay at choice hotels, but the bed in rm 207 was the worst. 2 nights of lousy sleep and no take out bags for the breakfast. I had to leave hotel at 7am. I asked for a bag to take a muffin, apple and yogurt. Was told there were none. Not impressed.
