This accomodation compares to the much more expensive hotels along the water, but at a reasonable price, and it includes a full varied buffet breakfast as well, unlike much more expensive hotels. Clean premises and, friendly staff. I had quite a bit of difficulty opening the window, that probably rarely gets opened, but luckily there was also a patio door that opened. It would be a good idea to upgrade the bathroom in the near future, particularly the bathtub/shower. However, everything, was clean and functional. Very comfortable bed!!

I stayed for one night for a work event at Queens, and enjoyed the proximity, the easy parking and the fact that there was a fan in the closet. I like having a fan on when I sleep and really appreciate that being provided.

We've stayed here several times. Usually everything is very solid, especially the excellent breakfast buffet. Our most recent visit wasn't so great - we ended up with an old extremely creaky bed on springs that really ruined our sleep; unsuitable for a hotel room. We probably won't go back, which is a shame.
