Great location. Needed updating. Furnishings in hall for example had worn edges on some pieces. It would be better to remove them. Could use a deep clean on baseboards etc. Asked for towels twice but didn't get them. Garbage not changed in the 4 days we were there. In fact no sign of anyone checking the room.

Property and room were nice. Room was clean. It was a bit farther than I thought to downtown Kingston which had a little traffic to get through during rush hour otherwise was a great place and I would stay again.

Our stay was amazingly beautiful. The workers were friendly, polite and welcoming and even their attitude and hospitality was nice. The room was very clean and tidy. Plus, the view was not so bad even though it is of the city. The only thing that bothered and surprised us was that we were placed in a room for person with disabilities which we never asked requested. 😳😄
