Nice hotel, a great bar and restaurant, and a swimming Pool. Nearby Gloria's Fish Restaurant (opposite) and the National Gallery of Jamaica is one block away from the hotel.

I observed 2 individuals in the Business center who were there for more than a couple of hours. It was unavailable to other residents. Other than that the property is well maintained and accommodating.

The bed sheets were cotton, but the duvet cover seemed synthetic and really made me feel very hot even though the room temperature was very cold! Other than one receptionist, nobody smiled- the “welcome” was non existent- it makes such a difference- yet everyone seemed aloof and uninterested in the clientele. I’ve stayed at the AC Marriot- both cost the same and the Marriott felt welcoming and at a level above the ROC.
