Concierge is never at the desk, although the phone number was provided for emergencies. Instructions provided in the leaflet upon checking are misleading. The only power outlet in our room was loose and sparkling when phone charger was inserted - I had to charge my phone at the restaurant at the lodge across the street. Electrical mattress or heater or whatever there was blowing heat right into the pillows... First morning we were provided RAW eggs for breakfast, but bagel and cream cheese were OK. On the second day there were no eggs, cream cheese or plates available, hence we went with plain bagel. We waited 30 minutes for concierge to show up upon checkout but they never showed up. After we left and drove about 10km they texted us saying that there are outstanding charges on our room. When asked to explain charges they said that we have to pay 20$ a day for "breakfast" and WiFi which are ADVERTISED as FREE on Expedia! Never staying at that place ever again.

Beautiful hotel. The bathroom situation with toilet and shower need some work. And it was super icy and snowy when we were there but the parking lot was not taken care of, there was ice everywhere with no salt put down. Other than that, loved it here. Super clean and quiet.

Mountain Night Getaway
The Hunter Lodge has a warm rustic cozy vibes. The front room has a wood burning stove and a game room in an eclectic library. Room was a spacious clean and unique with an upstairs loft. Only disappointment was the Tavern being closed the night before Thanksgiving.
