Luxurious hotel with lovely rooms, great cuisine.
Very nice room with open air bath at the end with lots of amenities including a hand coffee grinder and coffee beans. Great meals, one Italian the other Japanese. Very friendly and helpful staff

ホテルは全体的に清潔で開放的な雰囲気でした。スタッフの皆様が温かいおもてなしをしてくださり、快適に過ごせました。貸切風呂と部屋のお風呂でゆっくりと温泉を愉しみました。部屋のお風呂からは桜島が見えて絶景でした。夕食、朝食バイキング共にとても美味しかったです。家族も大変満足していました。

This is the best hotel I ever stayed. The staff - in particular the shuttle drivers, the man who welcomed us at the entrance and the reception - were spectacular. The location is amazing - full nature. We used everyday the onsens although it was very hot outside. Recommended!

部屋が広くてきれい。各部屋についているハート型の露天風呂がすっきりしていて入りやすい。 大浴場へ 行く時のためにかご(バスタオルとタオルが入っている)があるのがよかった。

私達夫婦にとってラビスタは満足できる施設です。食事も大変美味しく、スタッフの皆さんも感じが良く満足です。が、天候に恵まれなかったのが残念でした。自然は意地悪でした。
