No Wi-Fi connection in the room. The Wi-Fi works in reception & restaurant only. Free parking with lots of space. Breakfast is standard but it won’t make you feel full.

Excellent value for money hotel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and we were surprised that this hotel is not rated 4 Star - an excellent quality hotel in Kirkcaldy.

Excellent one night stay with very friendly greeting on arrival. Plenty of safe parking . Lovely comfortable and clean room with everything needed . A huge shower that was amazing. Evening meal was very good, freshly cooked with great selection and good prices. Breakfast was great too. Id stay again anytime i was near there.

Wifi signal was very poor in our room so essentially unusable. The heating was full on even though it was unnecessary and there was no way to control it so we had to open a window: one was painted shut and the other one wouldn’t stay open. The restaurant was mediocre.
