Although, I had a reservation my room was given away prior to my arrival. Upon booking I noted I would be a late arrival but the staff had the nerve to suggest if I would have arrive earlier I won’t be in the predicament. They did find me a room but it was not what I paid for when booking. I was grateful it was only for two nights.

The carpets need to be replaced. Would recommend vinyl plank. A/C noisy due to its age. Also no eggs left when I came down for breakfast at 8:30. Maybe it was just bad timing in between re-stocking.

It was ok. We had a leaking air conditioner that had a constant drip onto the carpet floor and it dripped all night long. Carpet was very wet.

The Comfort Inn is a reliable and often booked choice of mine. I know what I am getting with the company. However, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The bathroom shower hadn’t been scrubbed down. There were hairs and stains on the towels.
