We stayed 4 nights and cleaning staff never came to our room even when I asked them to come and dump the garbage, provide fresh towels, restock coffee and cups etc. Service at Proof was very slow. Bottled smoothie we purchased to go was expired and coffee was cold. On our last night we went there for dinner and the server did not know we were there so took 15 minutes to come see us, took our order and then we never saw him again. I had to ask the hostess for our bill. I would not rush back to this hotel.

Everything was fine. One suggestion: it would be helpful if the bed was facing the television and not the window. Beautiful outside view but hard to watch tv from the bed. Otherwise great!
