THE ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY. THE CHAIN ON THE PLUG TO THE BATH TUB WAS COMLETELY RUSTED AND THE PLUG WAS DIRTY AND APPEARED THAT THEY HADN'T BEEN TOUCHED IN A WHILE. I HUNG A PAIR OF BLUE TROUSERS THE HANGER RACK; WHEN I TOOK THEM OFF OF IT THERE WAS A LINE OF DUST STAIN ON THEM. THE PLACE IS VERY TIRED.

We were travelling with our pet and needed a place to stay overnight. For the price everything was ok. Our room conveniently had a patio door so we could take our dog out quickly but, the room was right across from the ice maker and food vending machine which made things noisy at all hours. My dog figured he should inform me of the intruders. After a few alerts, he understood that he didn't need to worry. But between the ice maker being quite noisy and folks coming and going to get their snack and slamming the doors, all that kept us awake most of the night. Even earplugs didn't help much. Staff were courteous and helpful, no complaints there.

Do not stay here. We booked it without checking reviews. “ our fault”. When we got there, there was people just loitering around out front. We drove around the building and could see drapes falling off the windows and rooms had mattress and person items hanging out the windows. There are homeless people living here. We walked in the lobby and walked back out. We gladly forfeited the cost of the room to not stay here. My wife was horrified. It’s our fault for not checking and reading the 2.4 star reviews. But this place is horrible.

The doors on the room are stiff and have to slam close . Stayed for a week the room was cleaned twice. Location was good though.

The sliding glass door at the rear had cigarette butts everywhere in the bathroom shower. The faucet did not shut off and dripped all night. When we got into the room, the towels were wet clearly they had not been changed. There were police cars in the back parking lot Until 2:30 in the morning dealing with what looked like a stolen car. And in the morning, all the doors slam so loud it’s impossible to sleep past 7 AM. Hands-down, the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my 52 years of life. If we had not prepaid, we would have never stayed there

i was quite pleased with the hotel except for one thing. I had difficulty getting out of the tub. There should be some sort of hand rail. There is one but i couldn't reach it. I am getting older and maybe i weigh too much. i liked the breakfast and the price of my room. Also I liked the bed and the decor in the room.
