The heating unit was set to 72°F we came back to the room it must have been 80°, although it felt good for a brief time, (outside temp -14°C), it became way too hot, I turned the unit to it's lowest setting, 61°F. The unit cycle on and off all night but room was comfortable thereafter.

The hotel is convenient to downtown, however it is outdated. Toilets did not work. Low shower pressure and low shower. Poor lighting in the room Linen needs refreshing, better cleaning and maintenance needed badly. Seems like they just want to do very basic and minimal and not go over and Beyond for better cleanliness of the whole interior of the hotel. Looks like there was only a receptionist and one cleaner need to hire more people not worth $160 a night

Adequate lodging for a place to sleep. Because they lock the front doors after 11p, there were many people banging on the glass patio doors of different rooms all night. Not the best sleep.

Everything was very nice, I really appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The only thing was, that the shower/tub faucets could use some CLR to remove the calcium build-up, which didn't allow the water to flow out properly. Thank you.

The man told us to use the south door when we return at nights end. We went to the south side and they hadn’t shovelled a pathway to use that door. It’s not that it wasn’t shovelled just that evening because we did get some snow that night. They hadn’t shovelled a pathway ever. So I do not understand why they would tell me to use that particular door as there was never a pathway.

The location was perfect for our needs, the price was good, the staff were great, very helpful. It is extremely close to several eatery options. We now have 2 favorite places to eat there and we will be back when we need a place to stay in the area. Unfortunately, we had a plumbing issue with the shower in our room and because it was a Sunday, the plumber would not be out to fix it til Monday. We were offered another room but we were leaving the next morning anyway so decided to stay put.
