Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Rooms were not very clean. Stains on the walls everywhere. Bathroom had previous customers contacts laying in the floor where they have not cleaned well. Hair in the shower. Just overall felt dirty. The icing on the cake was the AWFUL customer service we received. We asked Ermie about checking out a day early and she said yes that would be no problem as long as it’s by 11:00 and we would be refunded our last nights stay. When trying to check out Jordan informed us we would to call Expedia because that’s who the booking was through to receive our refund. After leaving the hotel we called and Expedia called the hotel to get confirmation of earlier check out. The manager Briana DENIED our 1 day early refund after 2 employees told us we would receive a refund and to called. She then said she doesn’t know why the employees would tell us that because that isn’t their policy. Half our party had already left to go home because we were told otherwise. Briana was a coward and refuses to come out of her office where she told me she was going to look into this further once I drove 30 minutes round trip back to talk to her directly because she conveniently wasn’t available to talk over the phone. She refused to come out and speak to me and told Jordan, her front desk, that she was in a food meeting and wasn’t coming out that her decision had been made. After asking repeatedly to speak to her Jordan called the cops which I agreed was a good idea to hopefully be able to get Brianna to come
