We liked it because it was convenient to where we wanted to go. Receptionist upon arrival wasn’t the most welcoming but all the rest staff were very present and helpful. Property is a very tired and in need of updating. Food was very good.

A bed so soft and bouncy you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. Spacious rooms. Soft and large towels. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Amazing bar sandwiches. Super friendly staff. If you’ve got an event in Manchester or going to the airport it’s the ideal location out of the city. Knutsford town is a cab drive away and beautiful

Nice old place, very pleasant, good food helpful friendly staff I was supposed to be in the best feature room and paid £146 for the night for the privilege another £50. It was not the best room at all. Roof and equipment view and plant noise and well worn bit grubby with a negative used smell to it. No AC broken window catches, in need of update.

Very uncomfortable
Overall not bad but the mattress needed changing in the 1940,s. It was completely flat. Very uncomfortable sleep and woke with a bad back and numb hips.
