Upon entering the hotel room it was unbearably hot. There were no instructions on how to start the air conditioning or how to even or even how to make a phone call to reception to ask for help. I was finally able to start the air conditioning off the fiddling with an unmarked panel on the wall which was in Japanese but then I figured out how to put it in English eventually. The light above the coat area was impossible to turn off so I had to sleep with it on for the entire night. Other than that it was a quality room with very pleasant and modern interior design. Breakfast was quite simple, they gave me two choices for a western or Japanese breakfast and was approached by friendly happy and pleasant personnel shortly after entering the restaurant

This will always be my favorite place to stay in Kobe! It is very close to one of my favorite places (Ring Soul, a pro wrestling bar), it is very close to Motomachi station, not too far from Sannomiya station, and it's close to many places to shop and eat! During my last stay, the shower and bath facility I had was simply wonderful, absolute luxury! The staff are always friendly and helpful. I don't want to stay anywhere else!

Beautiful property inside and literally in front of the train station. The room was really nice and i loved the TV actually had streaming options that you could chromecast from your phone so that was a plus (most hotels i stayed at only had TV which was limited). There is also a really great shopping street behind the hotel which was really nice. I would def stay here again when i retuen.

I gave a 3 star because the room for standard double really felt like you were in jail. Very nice one, but it felt too dark, no windows, and the layout didn't feel pleasant. Maybe another grade room is better, but this one felt "sad".

It is the perfect location, across from JR train station.. the rooms are very new and the staff although don’t speak English are well equipped to serve foreigners. And the hotel is right in the middle of the best affordable restaurant’s. You couldn’t ask for anything more. Definitely my go to hotel now

It's very close to Motomachi station, walking distance from Meriken park, and there is a wonderful pro wrestling bar a very short walk from here as well! It was perfect for everything I needed. I will stay here again!

Right in front of Motomachi station, super convenient, have access to 3rd floor lounge. My room only had a fake window but didn't bother me that much. The hair dryer wss really good. Would stay again.

Across from the station!
Super conveniently located right across from the station. My room was relatively quiet but the building itself and amenities were a bit older. I’d recommend it and stay again. Check-in was easy and I had no issues while there.

Convenient comfortable hotel with friendly staff
A very pleasant hotel which is very convenient to the city and train station also Chinatown. Hotel room us very comfortable and quiet. Laundry and cleaning is superb with very friendly and efficient staff who spoke very good English and were very helpful. It is very good value and i would highly recommend it.
