We had a fantastic time at Remm. Very clean tidy with the best view. Extremely close to public transport and a huge variety of food right at the door step. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Directly located above JR Kobe Sannomiya Station. Very luxurious feel. Reception is located above at 17th Floor. The hotel also offers various in-room-use amenities, like pyjamas, steam eye masks, tea and coffee, etc.

The location is excellent. The staffs are welcoming and helpful. Can slightly hear some street/train noise but is not affecting my sleep at all.

The hotel is right in the middle of Sannomiya with loads of shopping, dining and entertainment options. The bad points is there is no clear signage of where to enter the hotel lift premises to go up to their 17th floor lobby. I had to lug my luggage around in circles looking for the entrance. And there is no place for taxis or private transports to drop / pickup hotel guests.

If you're traveling to Kobe, I highly recommend this hotel! It's conveniently located above the Kobe-Sannomiya train station, with shopping, dining, and sightseeing all within walking distance or a short ride away. The staff was incredibly helpful, fulfilling all our requests and even arranging a room on the 28th floor with stunning mountain and sea views. My family had a fantastic stay—we were pleasantly surprised to find a massage chair in the room! The cozy space, comfy bed, and great shower made it even better, and the amenities were top-notch.
