Good architecture, clean property, good food. Excellent view for sunrise. Location was too good, all major attractions are closeby.

Good location and ambience. Very polite, friendly abd helpful staff. Excellent service by everyone. Spacious rooms. Unfortunately no views from most of the rooms. Also the bathroom is old but clean. Shower not so good; had to take shower in one inch of water on the floor due to poor drainage.

Zacs Valley Resorts in Kodaikanal exceeded my expectations! The pristine location and lush landscapes created a peaceful retreat. The hospitality from the staff was outstanding, and the amenities were top-notch. A perfect escape for anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed our stay very much. The staff members were courteous and helpful. Food was very good. We were visiting after 43 years. The hotel staff made our stay memorable.

Great property and great room. Provided an upgraded room. But the trails are not accessible and available. Staff was poor… front staff tried to overcharge and did not offer an apology when the mistake was pointed out.

The stay at Sterling Kodai valley was memorable. The room was neat and staff were courteous to serve us. The property is huge. We had a pleasant stay.
