The hotel is in a great location. We had an amazing view of Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi from our room. The view was the best part about our stay. And the price per night was very reasonable, considering our view and the hotel amenities, which includes a public onsen, massage chairs, restaurant, souvenir shop, etc. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit outdated. But I really enjoyed my stay here with my husband for my birthday. The room was spacious with a sitting area to enjoy the view.
Thanks to the good weather our 2 nights stay was perfect
fully enjoyed the great view from the room.

Perfect location
The view was incredible from the room, furniture and carpet is a bit out dated and the hotel didn’t have enough amenities (cotton buds, shower cap etc). There was a buffet dinner and breakfast which was great, overall would love to stay here again because the view made the stay amazing!!
Very good crew. Good hotel.
Unfortunately, due to the current pandemic, some places around were closed.

Decent Stay
Overall, the stay here was ok. The front desk service was rather difficult and stand-off-ish, not really welcoming at all. HOWEVER, the food service was great so that balanced out. The hotel was not the most luxurious ever, but decent enough and clean. Great view of the lake and Mt. Fuji though!
The hotel has an excellent view of Mt Fuji and is near several attractions. The staff were very hospitable and were quick to attend to our meal request. Thank you.
This hotel serves tour groups so that it does not feel as deluxe as other hotels nearby. In particular, the buffet breakfast and dinner are more of "tour group type" instead of those you would expect from a traditional Japanese onsen hotel. But everything else was good - efficient staff, clean room, sufficient in hotel onsen. I guess non-group guests go to 6th floor where there are balconies - facing Mt Fuji - a big plus. All in all, good value for money.
I loved that it came with a buffet dinner and breakfast. Hotel was okay for what we needed which was a place to sleep so it fulfilled my wife and I’s needs in this way.
If you go in expecting a 5 star hotel you’ll feel ripped off and annoyed, but we found the staff to be awesome and the facilities to be adequate.
When you consider the buffet dinner, breakfast and access to the Onsen, it’s pretty good value.
Great view of mt Fuji from room. Stayed one night. Double room and triple room. Buffet breakfast and dinner. Good value for family. But for couple suggest the other hotels on the same row as they are higher end and look nicer design!
Great view of Mt. Fuji and the lake. Make sure to get rooms with lake/mountain view. Convienent to the bus line. Frienly staff. Just be patient if you don’t speak Japanese.
Spectacular views from all rooms of Mt Fuji across the lake.
Good Onsen with small outdoor area also with the Fuji views.
Room comfortable and pretty typical Japanese western style.
Meals buffet pretty good and certainly plenty of food (probably 10 to 15 minute walk to nearest restaurants.
Free 5 minute shuttle to station but easy 20 minute walk.
