Great hotel and fantastic staff
Been to the hotel before which is why we chose it. The staff are fantasric, very friendly and helpful. Beds and pullows are a bit hard but that is normal out here. There was sone building work goinig on at the hotel but it didn't cause any problems. The stay was excellent as always.

Beautiful lush scenery. Rooms were perfect for me, loved the bath and shower combo. Staff were all amazing, so kind and friendly. Location is right near all the shops / restaurants / nightlife etc., plus right on the beach. Massage ladies were awesome too! Only negative, is that there was some renovations going on so was a bit noisy with jackhammers and angle grinders on some days! Other than that, can’t fault the place.

This place was a great hotel, staff were lovely, rooms were made everday if you requested, very efficient, restaurant had great burgers could of come with more chips but then again prob not a bad thing haha, green chicken curry mmmm expected better for Thailand but when you order room service you get what you get. The towel card thing I could not get my head around though. So when you check in ur given a card to use to get a towel for pool/decking on beach and if you lose the card there is a charge and they ask you room number when you give you card, it just makes no sense to me, if your staying at the hotel as a paid guest they should just give you a towel. Other than this minor dalliance with my brain a great place to stay :)

Property was fine , but a man at front desk pulled me out of the room and had me follow him because he wanted to show me that I had to collect my laundry, he was wrong, I had picked up the day before. I had complained that cleaner took my laundry as trash because I left it next to the trash can. Made me feel like I was in trouble, I will not be using your property agsin

A beach-front gem right in the midst of everything
Such a great find - a beach-front gem right in the midst of everything. PROS: - Staff were super friendly (special shout-out to May) - Literally a minute away from restaurants, bars, nightlife - Stunning beachfront - Clean with plenty of facilities - Well looked after - Reasonably priced food and cocktails in the hotel A few things to consider: - It's right underneath the flight path, which also makes for awesome plane spotting - Breakfast is a bit underwhelming, and no variety; pretty much the same offer every single day - The beach villas are a little bit dated but are well maintained and very clean - The sun loungers are pretty uncomfortable and could do with an upgrade - The close proximity to nightlife could be bothersome for some; however, it wasn't bad at all An easy fix for the hotel: - One thing that surprised me was that unless staff were cleaning up around the pool and beach areas, we always had to walk up to the bar to order food/drinks - a missed opportunity and an easy fix, in my opinion!

Staff at resort were all very friendly and happy and very polite, dining area and breakfast was very nice, swim up bar and pool was also nice, our room was a bit tired looking and could do with a bit of a revamp, definitely not enough space to put your clothes away had to leave in suitcase, and bathroom needed more shelves or somewhere to put your toiletries, we had a superior pool view room upper floor. But staff were lovely.

Skønt hotel ned adgang til stranden. Meget hjælpsomt personale. Morgenmad okay. Er glad for at vi boede længst væk fra Arc bar- så vi var ikke generet af musikken fra baren, men en del larm hver morgen fra håndværkere som var ved at bygge/vedligeholde hotellet. Men bestemt et skønt hotel, hvor man bor midt i hektiske Chaweng men det mærker man ikke da det ligger trukket tilbage fra vejen.

The resort is well located in terms of being right on the beach and right off the main road where there are restaurants and shopping. However, there is a property next door that plays extremely loud music until 2:00 a.m., and our room was on that side which made it impossible to sleep well. Although the staff apologized for the noise and offered to comp us the ride to the airport and allow an hour later checkout, they were then petty about where we had left towels and charged us for supposedly missing ones and a laundry bag we hadn't touched. It was a sour note to end on.
