As you climb up the stairs and enter the house through the veranda, you'll see the home office, perfect for those who need a private space to work whilst travelling.

MIDDLE LEVEL
Climb up the stairs and enter into the vast living, dining and kitchen space with floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing picturesque views of Brisbane Waters. Full laundry facilities and a bathroom provide added convenience. Step onto the large patio deck to enjoy the views.

A second deck opens up to a large balcony with a pool, sun loungers and BBQ. There is sufficient dining space for 12 ppl.

UPPER LEVEL
The highest level has two full bathrooms and three decks.

Guests are required to provide a security deposit before check-in to cover damages or outstanding expenses during their stay. The security deposit is used only as insurance for damages and/or outstanding expenses incurred by the guest(s) during the stay at the property, excluding accommodation costs. - Cleanliness issues resulting in additional cleaning ($100/hour)
- House rules violations (up to $400 based on cleaning costs)

Accidental breakages will not affect the deposit, but malicious damage will be referred to the police, with costs not limited by the deposit. Any issues impacting the deposit will be detailed within 14 business days after check-out.
