Nice and helpful staff! Very clean hotel and room. The location is perfect, less than 5min walk to city center, restaurants, nightlife and less than 10min walk to the bus station, beach and other attractions.

My main problem with the room was the overpowering smell of stale smoke. I did not realise that the booking had said non smoking, but that room had been smoked in Regularly for some time as the smell was ingrained and strong. Otherwise, apart from a microscopic shower, the room was fine. Cleanliness good, and staff really nice, friendly and helpful

Location was excellent, basic room but just what was needed. Extremely comfortable bed. Would have liked facility to make tea/coffee in my room. A variety of fruits at breakfast would also be good, only melon available.

Very close to the port. You can walk from the port to this hotel in five minutes. This hotel is in the city center. The breakfast was good and satisfactory.

Typical high season resort
Apparently hotel full but room given was on the roof with door opening onto drying laundry! Double bed OK but an extra single in room so no room to move - nearly lost a toe getting up during the night. Pressure low and shower tap dry so no shower on getting up, fixed after breakfast but not ideal. No TV and wifi router behind curtain, connected through a hole in the wall! Staff friendly and helpful but you need more than just a clean bed when running a hotel these days.

Wonderful family lodging
We only had one night at the Paradise Hotel, but I would definitely return. It is situated in a great neighbourhood, an easy walk to the Old Town, restaurants, and the castle. The staff was so helpful and very friendly. They organized a taxi to the airport for us and assisted us with our heavy luggage. My only complaint is that the solar hot water didn't start until 7:30 am!

Ali and Kiki were lovely. They were very helpful and welcoming. Directed us to all the best restaurants in Kos and organised car hire for us at a good price with a local company. The aircon remote was an additional 6 euros which seemed a bit much and the breakfast was fairly basic but lovely. Great location as well, close to the shops and 15 minute walk to the ferry port.

Lovely hotel located just a few minutes walk from Kos town. The hotel was clean and comfortable and perfect for our short stay. We were a little disappointed with the breakfast, just bread and cheese.

bang for the buck
This is a simple family hotel yet an extremely nice place to stay. The hotel location is grate, right in the center of Kos town. Reception is open 24hr and is managed by two nice girls who will be more then happy to help you with you stay. Rooms are basic and clean. Breakfast was included in our price ( 20 eru), its was a buffet of brad, cheese slices, pastrami, jam and coffee. A nice place to start and finish you day. Stayed as a couple.

The hotel is nice, clean safe, and close to all amenities. Staff are excellent. Internet in the lobby is grsat, and I note a new sattelite TV system going in shortly. Ok, I could note the lack of pool and garden and many things, but I did not pay for that. I paid for a 2-star, and got very good 2-star comfort and service.
