A traditional two-storey country house on the outskirts of Kos only 2.5km or 30 minutes walk away from the town center and the nearest beach. From its spacious and cool yard and its beautiful balcony you can enjoy the amazing view of the mountain or your sunbathing on the sunbeds! Ideal for families and for people who want to enjoy the tranquility of nature!

The house is a two-story traditional country house with large yards around the perimeter. It is located in a quiet neighborhood on top of a hill and has an amazing view of the mountain and the neighboring estates. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen, dining room and living room. There is also a small wc with a shower. On the second floor are the two bedrooms. In the master bedroom you will also find the large bathroom. Around the house there are two spacious courtyards with a dining room and a bbq and on the first floor a large balcony with an amazing view of the mountain and sunbeds to enjoy the summer sun!
