Ранее состояние отеля было лучше. Раковина в номере с трещиной. Пыль на лампочках и шторах. Батарея греет слабенько. Интернет часто сбоит. Слышимость замечательная. Уют и тишина.
В отеле была пять суток. Отель находится в центре города. Район тихий в шаговой доступности много кафешек, магазинов и шикарная парковая зона. В номере (стандарт) есть ТВ, инет, сейф, холодильник/бар, чайник, чай/кофе, халат, тапочки, фен, горячая вода. На удивление отсутствует мыло..!! Номер тёплый (я была в феврале). Кровать удобная. Уборка каждый день. Завтраки обильные и разнообразные. Мне особенно понравились сырники и блинчики с лимонным соусом, фрукты и торт "наполеон". В фойе есть банкомат, пресса, а на стойке регистрации вам всегда ответят на любой вопрос..

Отдых и бизнес престиж.
Прекрасный отель, превзошли все мои ожидания, сервис на уровне 5+ шумомзоляция просто супер. Особо стоит отметить ресторан при гостинице, завтраки просто восхитительны. Персонал приветливый и всегда готов помочь. Недочёт- отсутствии рабочей зоны с компьютером и всем остальным оборудование типа Принтер сканер. Но вопрос решается с помощью персонала и возможностью получения ноутбука на время. Имел возможность проверить на деле решении задачи с печатью пару листов и сканирования документов, а так же получения ноутбука на время. Вопрос Респечатки и сканирование был разрешён с помощью персонала, а вот с ноутбуком не получилось, не было свободного все были заняты. Соответсвенно возник вопрос сколько ноутбуков имеется в парке и не лучшего организовать полноцельную рабочую зону. В целом Гостиница заслуживает свои 9 балов из 10.
