The room was tiny, the best part was the high water pressure of the shower. Room service was good, and cleaners were helpful and courteous. The check-in staffs were helpful and friendly, prepared and ready to help. The washing facilities were good for long term visitors. It would be great if the hotel bus service can be extended before 10am and beyond 6pm. The two lifts could be a constrain as it could be slow during high peak hours. Overall, I had little complaint.

Room is decent and functional. Staff is courteous and helpful. Breakfast is excellent and complimentary. Near airport bus A21 station. Free shuttle is great. Price is reasonable if you book in advance.

The staff is exceptionally good this is my 5 or 6 stay to this location, near everything you need, walking or via MTR. it is wonderful. The rooms are a little small but I just need a clean and safe place to stay and they’re perfect for me

Room was compact but perfectly adequate for one week stay as we were making the most of exploring HK. Clean and very comfortable beds, love the Elemis products.
