The room is quite small and inconvenient to move around in, with limited space for storing luggage. On the positive side, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service is an excellent convenience for guests. The hotel’s location is also a strong advantage, offering easy access to nearby shopping districts.

What makes this a 4-star rated hotel is the helpful and friendly staff, the continental breakfast buffet, and the surprise welcome gift (a bottle of red wine). The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, but is starting to show its age. But overall a 4 out of 5 stars for the hotel's location, the excellent staff, the comfy beds, and the excellent and yummy breakfast.

The room was tiny. The staff did try to accommodate us with a slightly bigger room but it wasn’t any bigger. It was a disappointment. According to the staff that is normal in Hong Kong. That was the smallest room in our whole holiday! A big let down! ☹️

The room was dirty when we arrived. The toilet had someone’s period blood all over the seat and it was absolutely disgusting. How that could have been missed is beyond me. They clearly had not cleaned the bathroom and just changed the beds. The room was also tiny and not the advertised size. The reason for 2 stars is the breakfast was good and when we asked for the room to be cleaned it was done.
