Poor service. I ask reception to give me one more toilet paper, they said you need to use up your current one...wifi is bad, the wall is not sound proof...nothing worth this price unless the location.

This hotel has earned its spot as my go-to destination in Hong Kong! I'm grateful for the outstanding service provided by Tom, Paggy, and Crystal, who ensured a seamless and comfortable stay. The hotel's cleanliness, security, and amenities are truly exceptional. The room was immaculate, the aircon was perfectly chilled, and the reclining bed was a wonderful touch. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining options, 7-Eleven, and the MTR station just steps away. If you're heading to Hong Kong, look no further - this hotel is an absolute must-stay!

Clean and comfortable. Room size is larger than most with a sitting area for comfort. Lobby check-in staff were mostly indifferent with no welcoming attitude but they got the job done. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Large walk-in closet. City view room was a nice touch. Bedding clean and comfortable.

This is probably one of the best locations to stay in when visiting Hong Kong. When I was reading the reviews of this place, people kept saying, "Oh, this place is dark", but that does not matter and is not a reason not to like this place. It was clean, in a fantastic location, quiet, and really had everything you need on a trip. In all honesty, you don't even need facilities to have a good hotel because, for real travellers, you only really go to your room at night to sleep. There were also some reviews about the thick pillows; in my opinion, they were just right, but that changes per person. Overall, the hotel is a great stay if you're going to HK mainly due to its lower price compared to others around the area and also the location cause just outside is the entrance to the subway, and there are many bus lines just around the corner.
