Welcome by the staffs in the lobby. Front desk staff speaks good English. When ask about the laundry machine location, the young lady staff who stands at the lobby, gives good information and tells me where I can get 100yen coins for the machine. Appriciate for her service.

We stayed there for a night to relax before starting our Tokyo trip. We are glad that we picked this hotel. It offers convenient pick/drop to the airport, an early breakfast option, and decent room service. We needed all of that. The rooms from inside are a little outdated; it would be awesome if they were rennovated/upgraded.

Breakfast is great - wide selection of options, including a supplement bar! The sushi restaurant is reasonably priced and very good. Can't beat the hotel location for Narita airport and the free shuttle is useful.
