The room was spotless. The location, very central and walkable. I slept well. The only drawback was related to the location of my room--it was adjacent to the busy reception office. However, two doors separated me from it and the room itself was relatively quiet.

We had a fantastic stay at the Amber Design Residence Hotel Old Town and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. We arrived at around 1pm and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early, which was a great start to the trip. The room itself was bright, airy and very comfortable, and importantly, wonderfully warm – especially appreciated on the days when the temperature outside dropped to a chilly -14°C. The location is excellent. It’s just a five-minute walk in one direction to the Old Town, and five minutes the other way to the shopping mall and the main bus and train station, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and travel. The reception staff really stood out. They were extremely helpful with recommendations and directions, and nothing was ever too much trouble when we asked for additional supplies – everything was handled promptly and with a smile. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. A lovely hotel in a brilliant location with outstanding service. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Location is good in old town and room was clean and impeccable. Only small issue I had was didn’t like my pillow but grey actually have a pillow menu of all types that I didnt use so 100% my fault. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Lovely hotel only a short walk from the central square of Krakow Old Town. Staff were lovely, so helpful and friendly. Our room, which was a lovely upgrade, had a small kitchenette and was perfect. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.
