Front desk was helpful and addressed our ant concern in the original room. They moved us to another room without question. Parking was grest and had laundry facilities for us to use.

Perfect Location
The front desk was so helpful, the Friendly cafe was so cute and delicious and the restaurant was absolutely delicious as well! It was such great proximity to Old Town Square, only about a 15min walk through a beautiful park and past many pączki shops. It was nice that the aparthotel was it’s own little community off of the main roads. Felt very safe and there was a pharmacy right across the street too. We loved our stay!!

Would reccomend these apparentment blocks, they're modern, lovely and equipped. AC for the warmer months keeps then space cool and balcony for the view and fresh air.

My daughter and I loved our weekend break at this lovely hotel. Our room was clean, had everything we could wish for, including quality tea/coffee, comfortable bedding and good shower. Wifi was strong. The book of instructions explained everything. Really enjoyed our little terrace. I was worried about being close to the train line however we didn't hear a thing. Hotel is in a quiet area yet only a couple of minutes walk from the old town. Staff were very friendly. We were surprised reception doesn't open until 09:00 but didn't create any issues for us and opening hours are displayed on window. Considering the hotel is well furnished, restaurant isn't very inspiring however we wondered if this was intended because Krakow is full of unbelievably wonderful restaurants! Already recommended this little gem to our friends and family.

First time in Krakow & not disappointing at all 💕
Really comfortable & cool accommodation. Central to Krakow & only 10 minutes walk to the main square. Staff are lovely and helpful. Clean, spacious & everything you’ll need for a mini break in beautiful Krakow.

Very Pleasant Stay!
Our stay was very nice. It was an apartment, so room service was not expected. Although, they did not check on whether we needed toiletry supplies and towels and we had to request them. Conveniently located near the main market square and in a very good area of Krakow. Would stay here again.

Property was very clan and convenient. An 11 am checkout was a little early, but we were able to keep our baggage at the reception. It was a hot night and aircon would have been nice or a second fan.

Awesome location. Lousy construction.
Room design was great however the construction was terrible. Everything was broken in the room. The electric panel fell off the wall, the bathroom door came off the hinges, the ceiling lamp was falling off the ceiling and didn’t work, drawers were broken, and toilet paper holder and shelf in shower were loose.

Second time at Browar - the apartment itself was very good, but amenities are lacking. Inhouse supermarket has been closed so it’s a very long walk carrying groceries from The Galleria. Browar doors are coded and very heavy to move: a swipe card (which is used for garage) would be better, and self- opening doors because my elderly mother-in-law was not strong enough to open doors by herself. To access Browar, you need to operate two different codepads, click one remote and swipe one card before entering the garage and apartment - very cumbersome and the four codes should be integrated onto one swipe card. Reception can not be contacted from the apartment because there is no landline - so receptionists have to use their mobiles but there is no signal in reception! So they go outside the building to make calls! First time visitors arriving by car at Browar will have problems because you need to park outside and then find reception (which is not well-signposted) to obtain keys, codes and beeper for garage door. Traffic can be a major problem if you’re driving - the car park exit is on a single-lane road which is always jammed because the whole area is comprised of different major hospitals - so patients, staff and visitors clog the roads and fight for parking space. On exiting Browar, you need to find your way through a maze of one-way internal hospital streets before you can access Lubicz...returning to Browar by car is much simpler and quicker than leaving it!
