Excellent hotel. Beautiful interior. Fantastic professional staff. The hotel is situated in a really central area of the Old Town with lots of lovely bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Would definitely stay here again.

What a truly great hotel, the staff were exceptional and could not be more helpful. Wonderful choice on every level, the food was sublime, complements to the chef. Highly recommended, I travel a lot and this is right up there with the best.

The reasons for giving a three-star rating are as follows: 1. There was an insect on the floor of the room. 2. The towels provided were torn. 3. The weight scale didn’t work because the batteries had run out. Unbelievable a 5 star hotel would make such a cheap mistake! Apart from that the room was comfy and quiet, walking distance to the old town.
