I've stayed at the Doubletree Hilton Putrajaya multiple times and have consistently had a wonderful experience. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, and offers great value for the price. While it's not the most convenient location if you don't have transportation, as it's away from shopping malls and the KL city center, the tranquility and comfort make up for it. It's an excellent choice for a quick escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. During my last visit, I accidentally left a few items in my room, and the staff were incredibly helpful in assisting me to retrieve them. Their attentiveness and efficiency were much appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend Doubletree Hilton Putrajaya for anyone looking for a peaceful and affordable getaway near the city.

Spent two nights here on a staycation, a couple with a toddler. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay. The room was comfy and spacious with a little balcony that had a beautiful view of the Putrajaya skyline (lights at night were gorgeous). There are three pools to choose from which was great to avoid the crowds at the splash pool which is obviously popular with kids. The food was delicious - we had breakfast included and had dinner one night at Makan Kitchen. The breakfast buffet was one of our favourites of any hotel we've stayed at. I loved the option of eggs benedict from the egg station and how nasi lemak was served (option of 'bungkus' or loose rice with condiments and option of rendang or fried chicken). The only areas we would have liked improved were more to do with the timing of our stay. We checked in Sunday of a long weekend which was chaotic to say the least. Check in took more than half an hour and I felt bad for the front desk staff who repeated the same question and script to me twice because she was clearly having to deal with so many people. It also meant we queued 15 minutes to get into breakfast the next morning which was not ideal. All that size we had a good time and wouldn't mind going back again. Service was very good and loved the facilities available for kids (though so now the kids room is only for those 4 years and above).

I didn’t like the layout of the room especially the toilet. Toilet was squeezy especially for a family room. The lights in front of the wardrobe was not working and the doors of the wardrobe was hitting something at the ceiling as I opened the door. Hair dryer was not working at optimal level. Apart from that, the buffet food was okay, not the best like the other Double Tree hotels.

Either you use hot or cold water, you will only get hot water. Overall service was alright, room amenities needs to improve. Hilton is a famous international brand but this one did not meet it's standard.
