The property is not managed well. The room was really not in a good condition. There were no amenities in the toilet. Internet was not working. The coffee I had at the hotel restaurant was pathetic. The overall experience was pathetic.

Good location. Room was spacious with enough space to do office work.
Found stain in the sheets and toilet bowl when I checked in. Very poor maintenance of bathroom with broken shower gel dispenser. Reception staff has no clue about guests staying in, kept getting calls when I am checking out, when it should be in their record.

The room light is poor and I don’t like dark. Room cleaner is very good working hard even no taking my pillow money. But cleaning job well done.
The hotel needs to buck up on cleanliness, the towels in my room were not clean with visible stains and so was the duvet cover. There was mo bedroom slippers, bathrobe etc
Iron and board is placed at the corridor for communal use but in a badly lit area. Would not recommend or return to this hotel in future
Overall its good except the iron board placed at each floor walkway. Its a business suite and should be in each room. Gives a budget hotel feel when hv to use it at walkway.
