You get what you pay for
Wow! Employees are really attentive, fixed issues quickly, food was excellent and staff were very friendly! The rooms and hotel are extremely run down, not cleaned well enough due to under staffing and we strongly suspect the bites suffered were bed bug bites. The photos on the websites misrepresent what the actual conditions are. It’s near China town, a convenience store and some restaurants. The management really needs to invest money into this property. Mostly S/E Asians staying there during my stay. It’s not bad value for the money when you factor in the breakfast. Likely wouldn’t stay there again. Front desk staff very good though.

Good for the price
The location for me was really good. The outside and the lobby are really nice but the room I was in was just run down. It all just felt a bit neglected. Broken tiles on the bathroom walls. The bed was comfy though and for me it was a place the sleep and that was it. Water was hot too for a shower. I didn’t pay much so I can’t really complain.

Fair place to stay if not looking for activities
OK but shabby place to stay, from outside it looks much better then from inside. If you are not picky, considering the price this is not a bad choice. The main disadvantage is – there is no activities around the hotel, for any you must walk 20 minutes or use monorail.

Malaysian adventure
Enjoyed my stay. Nearby Chinatown (10 mins) good for market and food. 10 mins to monorail station giving access to all points at low cost. Three stations to Bukit Bintang - malls, food nightlife. Breakfast - something for all tastes. I was satisfied overall.
