Solid room for the price
The check in process was more clunky than it needs to be. Simply let me pay before I arrive online, or have the ability to take payment when picking up the key. Room was fine with a nice large room and wonderful view in a great part of the city. Towels were really old and should be upgraded. Bed was stiffer than it needed to be.

Check in let them down, very unorganised, you have to scan an app to pay which didn’t work for us at first on the phone. Fast response from owner to fix TV Could do with a bit of update - rugs etc old and worn. Comfy enough Good location to walk to main areas

Average hotel
The hotel had lovely staff and was in a good location close to restaurants and shopping centres, however during the whole three days of of our stay we didn't have one day of hot water, if you don't mind having cold showers after a day of sightseeing by all means stay here, also the elevators get jammed with people, we had to wait a while or cram in like sardines.

Spacious and good location, good to have a washing machine and dryer but it takes a long time to dry a load of clothes. Everything is good except the shower doesn’t have a door which makes the bathroom very wet after each shower

The pool was really nice and the customer service was great. The elevator in the building gets overly busy which can be annoying. For the price the value is very good in comparison to other nearby suites and we loved how close to the towers the building is.

Handy to have the washer/dryer in the apartment. Gym and swimming pool were decent. Only problem was there are only 4 lifts operating for the 48 floors, so getting a lift a times required a 20-30 minute wait. Fortunately I was on the 13A floor, so it wasn't too bad to just take the stairs down. Apart from that, very pleased with the stay at Scarletz Suites.

Great hotel room in a great location
Absolutely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Full kitchen with a washer dryer. Only one drawback is they are really condos being rented by a management company. So no ice. Bot you can buy it at a convenience store and put it in the full size refrigerator. Very large room. Good TV with Utube etc. Location is 15 minutes walk to the Petronius Towers.

We checked into the Suite on 25th of June. The place was nice and clean, We had a lovely stay the only nag is the lifts but when you are fully occupied the lifts will take time. Floor 47 was amazing as it has the rooftop outdoor swimming pool and we loved it. Thanks

This is a great place with an amazing infinity pool. Arrived early, front desk staff not very helpful but when i messaged the host they were more than happy to accommodate and allowed us early check. Fast responses and would definitely recommend this place.

Extremely good price for 1-bedroom aparthotel, like brand new, large glass windows with beautiful view, spacious kitchen and bathroom. Elegant Swimming pool on top floors with view to Twin Towers .
