The apartment is located in the 5th Floor of the house and can be reached via a corresponding lift. The built-in living area in the open plan kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven and a microwave. From the loggia to the west side you can enjoy the beautiful lake view. To relax, the living room invites with the comfortable, spacious, pullout sofa and flat screen TV. The cozy bedroom is equipped with a double bed.
