We stayed for a business trip so we didn't spend much time in the hotel. Though breakfast was included and we did eat it, there is not much "western" food. But there was plenty. Miso soup was great.

What's good: Friendly staff, nice traditional Japanese breakfast, nice location as it's near to tram station and the shopping street What's bad: the room and toilet is so narrow which you can't even have enough space to open your luggage

This hotel is a basic "business hotel" type of hotel. There is a bed, small refrigerator, hot pot, and bathroom. Nothing to write home about. However, the location is great. It is walkable to Kumamoto Castle (under renovation), and center city, where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Also, the trolley stop is right in front of the hotel, and a major bus stop is nearby.

街中にあり看板も大きいので見つけやすい、場所もとても便利で上通り下通りのアーケードもどちらも行きやすい。目の前が路面電車の走っている大通りなので入り組んだ場所より安全そうで良かった。
