Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Took my cash but still cash in from my credit card
The hotel had a system update and took a very long time to find out our booking list. The receptionist asked us for cash and told us that they would not charge our credit card. Still, I found out today that money was deducted from my credit card. Refund me immediately.
