The staff are all very helpful, they help us calling taxi and booking rides to places. We really appreciate them being friendly and welcoming. We have a wonderful stay at this hotel.

No English?!
It’s a very nice hotel, with reasonable rates. My main disappointment was that it is an American hotel, and not one person speaks any English, even at the front desk. The location is sort of hard to find and get to as well, and confusing how it is mixed down with apartments, using the same elevator. Other than that, a quality hotel.

飯店大堂有人吸菸是很糟糕不文明 早餐餐廳也是有人吸菸 還叼著菸去去菜更是水平不到位 煙灰若掉進菜盤中 是不是下一位食客會誤食 或許被餐客發現煙灰 飯店就被打折扣或有不好的評語 有跟飯店經理反應 第二天有貼進吸菸標語 效率不錯 餐廳服務員勤快親切很棒的服務
