The apartment is completely for your own use, with a private yard with garden furniture and a grill, a wood-burning log yard sauna.
The courtyard, campfire site, playgrounds, and downstairs exercise space 2 are shared by all residents.

**Note:** The space can be connected to the Family Apartment, accommodating up to 20 + 8 people. Onnela is entirely for the renter's use, although other apartments in the building may have guests.
