Very well maintained and well located. There’s an amazing train museum which is something not to be missed. Easy access to buses as well as to the station is definitely a plus. Lot of good restaurants on the property itself and the onsens made the stay extremely satisfying

Excellent hotel. Hotel property and room are beautiful and ivery clean, Room is fully stocked with all essential items for travelers. We’ll absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kyoto

The problem with the hotel is that they give welcome drinks which barely can use, only for alcohol drink but not much for none drinker. And restaurant vouchers are not useful as not for lunch. And staff are good in their service but the housekeeper are poorly maintained. Just a disappointing staying in the hotel but mostly likely will not book anymore. And hardly anyone speaks much English in the hotel.

Hotel room is huge and comfortable, very clean, so convenient as there’s a link bridge to Umekoji-Kyotonishi subway, just one stop to Kyoto station. Second floor Issunboushi restaurant serve first class Wagyu beef, with discount to hotel guests.

I'll give Emion Kyoto hotel a 5 star. It had everything a customer was looking for. Staff were excellent and the room were clean and large. Walking distance to every scenario you expected as a traveler. Will stay here again.

This hotel was amazing. All the amenities were great and very close to transit. Breakfast was nice and onsen was incredible. Staff was very nice and kind as well. Would definitely come back!

great hot bath, many culture workshops! Wow I love
This is a great hotel to stay for foreigners and family! Has big hot bath Japanese style and has lots of culture sessions you can take at the hotel and tons of restaurants in the building! One station away from Kyoto station and convenient stores 7/11 is right next to it. The service is very attentive and not one of those trendy hotel but hardly do any service but only say “no”.

The Hotel Emion Kyoto was one the best hotels I have stayed at in a good while. From the friendly staff, public bath, and the ease to get to the train station was amazing. When I come to Kyoto, I may stay here again because of the convenience.

This hotel in North America would be classified as a 5 stars hotel. Amazing place, beautiful lobby, great spa/ public bath. The staff are great and there is always someone at the front desk that speaks English. In the 2 floor there are restaurants and besides the hotel there is a seven eleven. The room was spacious and we were a family of 4. We really enjoyed our stay!

The staff was friendly, and the hotel's location was right next to a train station, so commuting around Kyoto was easy. The hotel also offered bike rentals, which two members of our group used multiple days.

This property was clean and had plenty of dining and shopping right in the building. There were plenty of amenities right in the room, a convenient store on the first floor, a taxi stand out front and it is across a walkway from the subway stop. Extremely convenient. We would stay again.
