Very outdated hotel but had everything you needed. Japanese garden was beautiful. Convenient to catch bus and train nearby with a good selection of restaurants nearby

We visited Kyoto for 3 days and this hotel was in a perfect location. It is only a few steps from subway and there is a 7/11 convenience store right outside the front door. The staff speaks fluent english and they helped us stow our luggage and gave us recommendations on things to do while we waited for checkin. The room was very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay T this property again.

Nice new hotel in Kyoto
We were in Kyoto visiting with friends. This is a newer hotel which is beautiful and in a convenient location. Unfortunately they don’t offer parking. There check in process is very strange, you wait in line, checkin and then need to go to a kiosk to get your keys.

Excellent location within walking distance of Nishiki market and other areas. Room was spacious, we could have both our suitcases open and still have space. Bed was firm, pillows were ok. Bathroom is standard small size but functional. Onsen - is more of a hot tub rather than a normal onsen so is more chlorinated and it bubbles. Hotel doesn’t offer luggage transfer service, and the nearby 7/11 wasn’t able to help so we had to take our luggage to one that was around a 10-15 min walk away.

Family Kyoto stay
Hotel was great, twin bed rooms was very big. Used the hot bath which was nice - first time. Location was excellent, walking distance to attractions. Train stop around the corner and 7/11 store and Starbucks across the road.

重新改名开业的店，前台服务人员不错，积极回答问题，酒店注意事项说明也很仔细。 房间比较小，不太隔音，走廊的人说话可以听到，清洁度有待加强。 有公共浴室，位置不大，建议错峰前往。
