The property itself wasn’t bad. The area was a bit of walk though. Maybe about 8-10 from the train station. We tried to pay for breakfast with about 30-45 minutes left and were turned away which was odd..

It got the standard service quality but the room is really small. A hand carry luggage can't even be fully opened in a twin room. But the mattress is comfortable. We had a good night of sleep.

Hotel is in a quiet area and not on the main street so it was very quiet at night. It’s 10-15 walk to bus and subway station. This review is for standard twin room (does not have a view and the windows are frosted which makes it really hard to tell between day and night time). I was aware of this at the time of booking, but just putting it out there. Since this was the smallest room it would be tight for 2 people with 2 big luggages. Breakfast was free due to Expedia status and was average food. It was just nice to have a more balanced meal every morning. Con: room can be vacuumed more. Discovered food crumbs, hair, and trash at the bottom of a bed when I moved it to make more room for luggage.

The property itself is decent. Clean and new with great staff, location was also good to walk to the river and main streets. However the room is VERY small, don’t bring more than two suitcases. The breakfast is also terrible. Don’t waste your money on the buffet - we ended up getting diarrhea (and we have been in Japan for a week now already). You can enjoy any local places outside for breakfast for much cheaper
