It is located on the second floor with an elevator and a large terrace with side views of the sea, in addition to having a multitude of community spaces such as swimming pool for adults and children, paddle tennis and pickleball court, basketball court, children's playground and small supermarket. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds, in addition to having a comfortable sofa bed for two extra guests in the living room. You will find a complete bathroom with a bath, equipped kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, air conditioning in all rooms, heating, TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and we don't accept groups under 25 years. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Apartamento impecable
La estancia ha sido perfecta. Apartamento en perfecto estado, muy limpio. Cocina equipada.
El único inconveniente es que está publicado como que dispone de 3 habitaciones y no es real, son dos y luego el sofá cama en el salón, por lo tanto no son 3 habitaciones reales, deberían corregirlo en el anuncio
