Staff was super kind and helpful. Room was neat and tidy. Quiet, exceot for occasional traffic sound. Negative-the only one i have is yhat the room would not cool down. The a/c is either plugged up, dying, or needs freeon. Overall though, pretty good for the price.

Checked in late on a Friday night. Got to my room and the keys to room wouldn’t work. Waited 20 minutes to get a worker to fix my keys and they still didn’t work. Finally got the room open to find cockroaches all over the floor. ALIVE!! Argued with worker for 30 minutes about a refund and finally got him to tell me he was gonna refund me and said it was going to go back on my card. It’s been over a week and still nothing

This property shouldn't even be a loud on Expedia it smells really bad as well as very dirty. They advertise as having a pool but the sign says it was being repaired in reading reviews the pool hasn't been usable in years. There is only 1 ice machine for the entire hotel. I've learned to check the reviews better and not relied on pictures.

A reserved room was not ready at 6 PM and asked us to wait another 25 minutes to get it ready. Everything is old, worn and stained. The room we had to wait for only had one bath towel. The bath sink had no stopper.

This hotel should be condemned. A sign said pool was closed for maintenance but there isn't any maintenance done according to appearance. Everything was dirty and in poor condition. The housekeeping consisted of 2 people cleaning at night and didn't even have shoes on. Our keycard was programmed but didn't work and a jey was needed to let us in. Avoid this hotel!

Horrible! By far, WORST hotel I’ve EVER stayed at. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Mouse running down the hall, air conditioner was broken (83 degrees in our room) and maintenance wasn’t answering, no remote to tv to turn it on or watch it at all, until 1:30am, kids were sleeping and night manager knocked loud and woke everyone up. Absolutely disgusting and the whole place should be condemned!!

Pool has not worked according to a police officer in the whole 6 years she has worked there, but they don’t tell you that online. He told us the heater just broke. The shower handle wouldn’t stay on once I started reading reviews saw they had bed bugs checked our beds sure enough there were bed bugs went and demanded a refund the front desk would not give us a refund said he could give us a good room with no bugs while waiting to try and find another room someone tried checking in and the two of them argued he has no customer service at all. By far the worst experience of our life would never recommend this place the officer said you could not pay her to stay there it’s not up to code the health department won’t approve it they are trying to get it condemned overall just nasty

Completely awful! Had to switch rooms 4 times due to no air conditioning. Rooms not cleaned, bags of trash in hallway, black mold in bathroom. No pool and breakfast was gross. Card machine doesn’t work and you have to pay in cash. The only positive was the front desk worker Rauhul.

Unsafe and dirty/smelly
This hotel room was unsecure and smelly (very old carpet in a building that used to allow smoking, musty and mold smelling). The inside chain to secure the door was torn off and missing. There was no way to secure myself alone in this room safely. Decor is weird and not cohesive, wall paneling, and extremely outdated dirty furniture. The sheets appeared clean, but stained (orange from old blood). Don't be fooled by the lobby pictures. I could not cancel my reservation (told I needed a 24-hour notice) so left and did not stay in the unsafe room and paid for a different hotel for the night.

the property is advertised with a pool which it does have but the pool has been inoperative for OVER 3 months my grand children wanted a pool so they stayed elsewhere and the manager refused to give a refund
