Other things to note
★Government ID must be uploaded to the pre-arrival form that I will send to you upon booking.
★Pets must be approved prior to booking. Dogs allowed ONLY.( NO CATS, BIRDS, HAMPSTERS, MICE, OR ANY OTHER PETS of any kind.)
★Pet rent is $100 for each pet or $20 per pet/per night, whichever is greater.
★Any unauthorized pet will incur a $250 fine per per in addition to the pet rent fee.
★There is a $15 additional guest fee per guest after the 4th guest which is automatically included if guest booked for a correct number of guests. If the additional guests will be added after booking, the platform will recalculate and add the additional guest fees.

★★Early check-in/Late checkout maybe available for an extra cost.

Family celebration
With the four bedrooms, it made it very easy for the different family members flying in from different states to have their own room. We had a lovely time visiting and celebrating my dad’s birthday. I was especially pleased with the responsiveness of the property manager.
