Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
booking was cancelled by hotel one day before arri
Booked two weeks ago for this hotel and confirmed by Expedia. But hotel send email one day before checking in saying there was no room available due to their booking system error!!! And hotel did not provide any solution for their mistake except a sorry.
